Meet Tomer,
Structural Integrator | Movement Enthusiast & Educator | Breath-work and Mindfulness Facilitator | Lifelong Student
My work is grounded in a deep belief in the body’s innate intelligence and capacity for transformation. I see the body as a living, adaptive structure — not a machine to be fixed, but an expression to be supported, organized, and empowered.
My sessions weave together precise touch, perceptual awareness, and functional movement to help clients feel more aligned, resilient, and connected. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, postural imbalances, emotional holding, or simply seeking a deeper relationship with your body, I aim to meet you where you are with clarity, care, and collaboration.
This work is not just professional for me — it’s deeply personal. As an athlete, mover, and lifelong student of the human experience, I’m constantly exploring how we can inhabit our bodies more fully and live with greater freedom and presence. My practice is grounded, intuitive, and informed by curiosity, compassion, and a drive to help people feel at home in their bodies again.
The body knows. I help you listen.
I value depth, safety, and co-creation. In my sessions, I offer a grounded and attuned space where we can listen to your body together. I see each person as a unique system with its own patterns, history, and potential. I don’t impose — I collaborate. Whether we’re working with pain, posture, or perception, my goal is to support your deeper alignment — not just structurally, but also emotionally and energetically.
What I Do
Realign Structure | Restore Connection | Support Embodiment
I help people feel more at home in their bodies.
This work begins with listening — not just to symptoms, but to the body’s deeper signals. I believe that our physical structure holds imprints of our life experiences: stress, trauma, tension, patterns of protection. These can shape the way we move, feel, and relate to ourselves.
Through Rolfing® Structural Integration and somatic education, I work with fascia, perception, and movement to support change at the level of the whole system. My touch is both precise and intuitive, aimed at creating space, ease, and integration across the body’s structure.
It’s not about fixing — it’s about reorganizing and reconnecting with the wisdom that’s already there.
